The "Leading the Way" event took over Sydney’s International Convention Center (ICC) with an audience of 5,000—and a whole lot more watching from around the world. With the event being recorded for a global TV audience, the pressure was on to deliver a seamless live experience with crystal-clear visuals and flawless audio. The US based client needed a one-stop AV solution to handle everything—from venue coordination to production.
Process
We rolled up our sleeves and got to work, handling every detail from pre-event planning to post-production. We mapped out the broadcast needs with the US team and aligned with the ICC’s AV setup. The setup included 7-cameras, live switching, multitrack audio mixing, and backup systems ensured a rock-solid production. Our expert crew managed cameras, sound, and visuals, working seamlessly with the venue team. At the end we delivered HD ISO recordings, program video, and multitrack audio, ready for the "Leading the Way" TV team.
