When Zurich Insurance Australia needed a top-tier livestream for a major event—one too big for their usual studio setup—they knew just who to call. Having worked with them on bi-weekly internal streams (and even building their dedicated studio), we instantly saw this would need a bigger, bolder setup. Challenge accepted—time to get planning!
Process
We teamed up with Zurich to produce a high-energy, multi-studio production that played nice with their preferred streaming setup. Taking over an entire floor (yep, we went big!), we built three custom studios - two sleek single-camera spaces with teleprompters and countdown clocks, plus one decked-out multi-camera studio featuring LED screens, virtual guest displays, and multiple set designs.With a rockstar technical crew both on-site and online, we had every base covered. Each studio had a dedicated team keeping talent on point, transitions smooth, and hiccups non-existent. Meanwhile, our master control room was the nerve centre - handling live switching, graphics, and audio mixing to ensure a flawless experience for both in-person and virtual audiences. Production magic at its finest!
Result
The event flowed like a dream, seamlessly jumping between studios while keeping audiences across Australia engaged with smooth set transitions and real-time interactions - no hiccups, no stress. After the final mic drop, we handed Zurich a full breakdown of online participation data and a crisp show recording, no extra post-production needed. High production value? Check. Flawless execution? Absolutely. Technical glitches? Not on our watch.
